  • Dark leafy greens, like Kale and Mix Lettuce

  • Onions, yellow

  • Radish

  • Spinach

FRUIT

  • Apples

  • Berries, any variety

  • Grapefruit

PROTEINS

  • Chicken breasts

  • Eggs

  • Fish

  • Nuts

  • Protein Powder (if use)

DAIRY

  • Greek yogurt, fat-free or low-fat

  • Almond milk

COMPLEX CARBS

  • Quinoa

  • Cream of rice

  • Sweet Potato

CONDIMENTS/PANTRY

  • Garlic

  • Lemon

  • Hot Sauce

  • Marinara sauce
