Salad Recipes For Detox
Summer is around the corner and there is not a better way to get ready for it than by detoxing our body from all the junk food we have eaten before.

INGREDIENTS:
- Organic Mixed Lettuce ( I love the products from Organic Girl )
- Organic Carrots
- Radish (it's a must as it plays a huge role in Detoxifying your liver)
- Avocado Slice
- Olive Oil
- Organic Ground Turmeric ( it's an amazing Natural Anti-Inflammatory Compound)
- Hemp Hearts, Two little spoons. ( I love to use Manitoba Harvest )
PREPARATION:
Place salad greens in a salad bowl and top with carrots, radish, avocado, and two little spoons of heart hemps. Place olive oil, turmeric, and a pinch of salt in a small plastic container. Put the lid on the container and shake dressing until everything dissolves, about 30 seconds. Pour olive oil over salad. Enjoy it! =)
