- Mountain Climber Plank
I rarely count reps, I feel like I'm limiting myself to that specific number "10-12 reps" ... I rather push myself to its limits and it makes me realize that there is no limits but the ones we set; so #pushyourself and do your best (AMRAP). Please see video below for instructions.
