How to Lose Weight Fast: Autophagy-Fasting

Have you ever wondered if there is a better way of detoxifying your body from all the waste and accumulated toxins other than drinking green juices?

Seriously, the other day all I would think of was how can I a clean my body by continuing to put things in it, I mean, it simply doesn’t makes any sense. So after researching extensively, I found out about this amazing word AUTOPHAGY, which stands for “self-eating,” and refers to the processes by which your body cleans out various debris, including toxins, and recycles damaged cell components. Isn’t this amazing? I personally think so!

As many of you may already know, exercise is a great way to detoxify your body, it really helps flush out all the toxins through sweat, and it’s a great complement for just about any detox program. In fact, many consider exercise a foundational aspect of effective detoxification, but what not everyone knows, or at least I didn’t know, is that exercising usually creates stress on your body, and autophagy occurs in response to stress. So you are not only helping your body to detoxify by sweating, but you also incentive it to practice a little self-cannibalism.

What?

Yes, I know it sounds a little bit terrifying, but it’s actually not! Colin Champ, M.D., a board-certified radiation oncologist, assistant professor at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, and author of Misguided Medicine says; “Autophagy makes us more efficient machines to get rid of faulty parts, stop cancerous growths, and stop metabolic dysfunction like obesity and diabetes.”

Now, please tell me you don’t want to practice a little self-cannibalism, right!?
